The Herbs Hotel was an old seaside home belonging to Chariya Xanthavanij and her family. The beautiful seaside location has visualise Chariya in to her ultimate dream. She named her project "The Herbs". Herbs have been used for seasoning, medicine, fragrance, and sorcery for many thousands of years.The name has been inspired from its amazing healing abillities; the use of Herbs for healing is by far the world's oldest and most widely known therapy. Each of our room's dedor is in line with the name that the room takes, they offer something special to meet the different needs of our residents, for examplles, "The Orange room, "The Lavender room". The rooftop of The Herbs Hotel is "The Thymes Restaurant and Bar"

The menu combines home-cooked food with Italian-Mediterranean favourites. The Italian-Mediterranean cuisine has been proven to be one of the healthiest, most balanced diets in the word. It is based mostly on vegetable products.The key elements are fish, olive oil and wine in moderation. Looking out to the sea and sunset. The Thymes is a truly personalised dining experience whereby the guests can provide their own menu selections and cooking instructions.
