YaiYa offers 11 pool villas oa one & two bedrooms - the so called Sasala and one seafront three bedroom pool villa - The YaiYa Pavilion. Apart from the villas, the low-rise building sitting amidst a rich verdancy caters 23 deluxe rooms and 6 suites which offer an option of room connectivity. Every deluxe room comes with an extra spacious verandah, while guest in the villas enjoy an absolute rejuvenation from the private pool deck. A touch of noble escape is embedded in every little detail, from in room amenities setting among stylish woodwork, artistic furniture, to a mix of intrinsic fabrics.

- During Chinese New Year's period 09 - 12 Feb 13 and Songkran Festival 13 - 16 Apr 13, Weekend rates will be applied with 3 nights minimum stay.
- During Public Holiday and Long Weekend, Weekend rates will be applied with 2 nights minimum stay.
- The 3rd person are available for Daybed set up in every room type only.

Child Policy :
- Children aged 12 years old and under sharing existing bed with adults or using in-room Daybed will be on complimentary, maximum of 1 child per room only.
