Breakfast
Breakfast considered the most important meal of the day is prepared under close supervision of our Executive Chef and his team Full buffet breakfast is served in our coffee shop / Baluchi restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.

Juices orange & pineapple, milk hot and cold, Break fast rolls (Danish pastry Strawberry & jam), muffins, croissant, dinner rolls, toast, whole wheat bread. Preserves butter, honey, jam, marmalade, Yoghurt, assorted garden fresh salads, dressings (French, Italian, Thousand Island). Eggs to order on site live station, ham, bacon, sausages, Assorted Cereals, assorted seasonal fresh fruits, unlimited tea / coffee served on the table.

Hot dishes changed daily:

Baluchi Restaurant
The only award winning Indian restaurant on the Island

Baluchistan is a region high in the mountains of now Pakistan (previously part of Greater India), inhabited by nomads who brought the exquisite Mogul cuisine from Persia in to India. Baluchi specializes in these north Indian dishes, which are served in traditional copperware.
The reasonably priced menu has an interesting and delicious array of kebabs, curries, breads and tandoori dishes of Indian style specially prepared in clay oven by master chefs from India. Baluchi also excels in its Thai and Continental fare.

Considered by many to be the best Indian restaurant on the Island, Baluchi also excels in its Thai and continental fare. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone, and the setting elegant overlooking the garden. Entertainment includes a Thai-themed dinner and show on occasion as well as our resident Philipino band.

The story of this name started in 1857, in Alessandria, when Giuseppe Borsalino (1834-1900), a true pioneer and captain of industry, after visiting Italy and France to learn the secrets of the trade, set up the first artisan workshop for the production of felt hats. The extraordinary ability of its founder, determined the immediate success of the company.

The leadership of Borsalino is acknowledged worldwide. Today Borsalino does not only identify itself with the mythical and elegant felt hat. A wide range of accessories completes the Borsalino collections: ties, foulards, scarves, perfumes and a variety of small leather goods.

Who speaks of Borsalino, talks about a symbol of an utterly Italian style and elegance and anything authentic be it food or anything Italian to prove its authenticity in Italy and aboard it had to be called “Borsalino”

Since we wished to serve authentic Italian cuisine in an elegant atmosphere we chose to name our restaurant “Borsalino”

Lobby Lounge
Lobby lounge set in the open plan lobby serves snacks and beverages from 11.00hrs. to 23.00hrs. While the guests are waiting for a colleague or their transport, a good spot for a drink or snack.

Poolside Bar
Pool bar is situated between the Emerald wing and the Ivory wing    Opens: 11.00hrs. 20.00hrs. Serves regular and tropical cocktails along with most of the imported beers and spirits Pizzas ,sandwiches and burgers along with other snacks are served. The guests can enjoy latest music played in the background and latest movies during evening hours on big screen.

Jimmy's Corner
Open from 11.00am to well beyond midnight and is a popular social spot. Smoking permitted / Food is not served and children are prohibited. Only resident guests are allowed and the bar is air conditioned overlooking the fountains. Two pool tables, darts corner, three different big screens showing sports channels and sporting events, serving regular and tropical cocktails along with most of the imported beers and spirits with music in the back ground.
